The Purposes Of Processing
Your personal data will be treated for scopes that are strictly connected to and are instruments for the exercise of recruitment activities, suach as the evaluation of your application, the exam of your qualifications, experiences and skills, and for the results of your interview.
Any sensitive/particular given data will be processed exclusively for the above purposes, as well as to assess the existence of the requirements to recognize any facilities and/ or contributions provided by law, as well as the existence of the conditions necessary for the application of special tax, trade union, health and public order regulations, occupational safety and security provisions and, in general, other labour law regulations.
Types Of Data Collected
The following categories of personal data entered in the appropriate form and in the files enclosed by you will be processed:
a) Common personal data, such as personal identification and contact data, the position you are applying for and the one currently held, any information inside the cover letter, data related to your qualifications and work experience, as well as your image (if present in the attached resume).
b) Personal data suitable for revealing racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of religious, philosophical, political or trade union parties, unions, associations or organisations as well as personal data suitable for disclosing health status.
Legal Basis And Nature Of The Provision
The processing of the data referred to in point a) is based on the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request. The provision of such data is necessary in order to participate in a possible selection procedure.
The processing of the data referred to in point b) is necessary in order to fulfil the obligations and exercise the specific rights of the data controller or of the data subject in the field of labour law, social security and social protection; failure to provide such data will result in the data controller being unable to grant any benefits and/or rights under the applicable legislation.
Retention Time
Personal Data shall be processed and stored for a period of time not exceeding 12 months.
Recipiens Of Personal Data
Your personal data will be processed by designated, suitably trained personnel working under the authority and responsibility of the Data Controller.
Your personal data may also be communicated to and processed by third parties who provide instrumental services, including communication services, e-mail, mail delivery, technical services for the management of the Site and providers of IT services.
Only the data strictly necessary for the performance of the relative functions will be communicated to the aforementioned subjects.
Such disclosures, when made outside the European Union, are made in compliance with the guarantees provided for by the data protection legislation and ensuring adequate protection for the data subject, through the signing of appropriate agreements (standard contractual clauses, EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Your Rights
We also inform you that, with regard to the data, you, as the data subject, may at any time exercise the rights provided for by CHAPTER III of the Regulation and by the applicable regulations (right to request access to the data, their rectification or cancellation, the integration of incomplete data, the limitation of processing; right to receive the data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format; right to revoke any consent given and to object in whole or in part to the use of the data). In accordance with art. 77 of the Regulation, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you believe that the processing violates the aforementioned Regulation.
